Return Policy
At The NovaGel, we want you to feel confident when trying NovaGel cushion. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to try it and request a return if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
You are welcome to use and test the cushion as intended. If you're not satisfied with the comfort or performance, you may contact us to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in reasonable condition and must not be intentionally damaged or altered. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Items must be returned in reasonable condition, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
